To send invites to your Guests prior to entering a room, follow the steps below:
- Log into your user account on your dedicated Video Conferencing service site
- Go the the My Rooms tab on the left-hand side of your Dashboard; it will have a drop-down selection of all of the rooms that you are associated with
- Select the room for which you would like to invite your Guest and enter their email address in Your Guest field
- Click send, for your Guest to receive an invite for the room. It will contain all of your room details and a quick guide for them to connect from various endpoints.
