What Firewall Ports Do I Use

OUR CONFERENCING VIDEO CONNECTIONS REQUIRE CERTAIN PORTS TO BE OPEN ON YOUR CORPORATE FIREWALL. THESE CAN BE WHITE LISTED AGAINST KNOWN IP ADDRESSES WITHIN OUR INFRASTRUCTURE TO ENSURE THAT YOUR SECURITY TEAM IS HAPPY. TO MAKE THE MOST OF THE FLEXIBILITY AND POWER OF THE VIDEO COLLABORATION PLATFORM AN EXTENSIVE RANGE OF PORTS MUST BE OPENED, ALLOWING MANY CONCURRENT CONNECTIONS TO UTILISE AUDIO, VIDEO, PRESENTATIONS, PARTICIPANT INFORMATION AND MORE.

Below is the complete list of ports that you will need to ensure are open.
