What are the roles that I can assign to users?

You can assign the following roles to your users:

  • Reseller: You can create another Reseller user to co-manage your client companies, contacts and rooms
  • Owner: You can create Owners for your client companies; enabling them to self-manage their company's contacts and rooms
  • Host: You can create Hosts who can launch and join meetings from their own Dashboards

Note: If a Reseller or Owner wants to launch or join meetings as well, then they also need to have the Host role assigned to them.
