How can I view call statistics and room usage for all my client companies?

As a Reseller you can view various reports when you are logged in by clicking on View Reports in the left-hand menu of the Dashboard. These provide you with a useful insight into different types of call metrics.

Reports that you can view include:

  • Meetings By Date: Provides a summary of each meeting with the total and average number of participants in a call along with dates and total duration
  • Disconnects by Meeting: Provides a summary of disconnected meetings along with the endpoint that was disconnected
  • Endpoint Breakdown: Provides a summary of various types of endpoints used in connecting to a room
  • Room Usage: Provides information on how many rooms your customers has and how many are in use
  • Free trial Report: Provides a summary of all of the free trial registrations that have taken place on both your home site and client's portals
  • Room status: Provides a summary of your rooms, along with their status (Trial, Demo, Paid or internal) as well as their Owners
  • Operation Dashboard: See a real-time view of meetings that are happening now.
