Who provides end user support?

Resellers

Resellers are required to provide first line support, Closer.global to provide second line support. 

We encourage Resellers to create Owners for their client's companies. Owners can administrate and handle basic issues with their company's rooms, typically relating to changing room details, adding rooms and deleting rooms.

Referral Scheme

Members of the Referral scheme do not supply first line support.
