How do I know when a Free Trial has expired?

Resellers are able to track the expiry of Free Trials in the following three ways:

 

Manage Rooms page

  • Click on 'date created' to sort the oldest to most recent Free Trial rooms
  • You can then track the rooms by going to the Manage Rooms page and entering 'Free trial' in the status.

View Reports: Free Trial reports

  • Log in and navigate to View Reports, then Free Trial reports
  • It will display a collective report for all of your associated client companies by default
  • You can then filter the data by company and date using the filters on the page.

You will get an email notification a week prior to the expiry date of the account.
