Sending invites to Guests during a call

To send an Instant Invite whilst you are already in a meeting room, follow the steps below:

  1. Join or Host a meeting in your room 
  2. Click on the envelope icon in the control panel of the meeting screen
  3. Enter the Guests email and click send!        

Sending invites to Guests from the Dashboard

To send invites to your Guests prior to entering a room, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your user account on your dedicated Video Conferencing service site
  2. Go the the My Rooms tab on the left-hand side of your Dashboard; it will have a drop-down selection of all of the rooms that you are associated with
  3. Select the room for which you would like to invite your Guest and enter their email address in Your Guest field
  4. Click send, for your Guest to receive an invite for the room. It will contain all of your room details and a quick guide for them to connect from various endpoints.
