The video streams are pixelated

A pixelated video streamĀ is likely to be related to the bandwidth users are on; either someone is not on enough bandwidth, or the user has tried to connect at a speed higher than the bandwidth is capable of handling effectively.

Possible solutions could be to ensure that the bandwidth test has been run prior to entering the meeting and that the call is connected at the recommended speed, or at Low.

Also ensure that the camera is in a fixed position wherever possible, as a webcam in a laptop for example can create a blurred video if not set on a stable platform.
