How do I share a Power Point presentation?

  1. Open your Power Point file and select the presentation mode to get it ready for sharing

    Ensure that your browser allows pop-ups in your meeting room screen

  2. Within your meeting, click the circular Share Presentation icon from the widgets displayed across the bottom of the screen

    If you do not have the screenshare plugin installed, you will be prompted to install the screenshare plugin

    The Share your screen pop-up will open to show the browser windows and applications that are currently being displayed on your screen at home

  3. Expand your Power Point file into full screen presentation mode 

    Ensure that your guests have disabled the pop-up blocker. They will get a pop-up automatically, showing your presentation screen

    You can also preview how your presentation is being displayed to the Guests by clicking the Show presentation icon
