We recommend upload and download speeds of at least 512k or 1MB for the best experience.
We can support much lower connection speeds, but you may get a slightly lower quality of video service.
Video conferencing uses multiple TCP and UDP ports. Some organisations don't have a Firewall that can handle H.323 (video conferencing), or some ports may be purposely blocked.
If this is the case, you will only have an audio connection. You can contact your IT Team to unblock these ports for you.
